CCPA Rights Request Form
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), residents of the State of California have the right to know about the personal information that Fruit of the Loom, Inc. and its affiliates, including, without limitation, Union Underwear Company, Inc. d/b/a Fruit of the Loom, Russell Brands, LLC, and Vanity Fair Brands, LP (collectively “FOTL” or the “Company”) collects about them, to delete their personal information, and to opt-out of the sale, if any, of their personal information (“CCPA Rights”). The Company’s U.S. Privacy Policy explains that the Company does not, and will not, sell personal information and provides a detailed explanation of the right to know and the right to delete. California residents who wish to make a request to exercise a CCPA right must complete the following form. A FOTL Team Member will contact you regarding your request within 10 days of receipt.
