Resources for Suppliers
We want to help suppliers produce responsibly for us.
Here you will find our policies on responsible production and our compliance assessment process to uphold our policies. We translate our Code of Conduct into 33 languages and our Benchmarks into 11 languages.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct outlines the fundamental standards of our company. We hold ourselves accountable to these standards in our own facilities and all our suppliers must meet these standards. The standards originate from the International Labor Organization Fundamental Conventions and the Fair Labor Association Workplace Code of Conduct.
Code of Conduct Benchmarks
The Code of Conduct benchmarks details each requirement necessary to meet the standards of our Code.
Our supplier guidelines outline our policies and describes the assessment process we use to ensure our Code of Conduct is upheld.
The Security Questionnaire includes the minimum-security criteria for compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) requirements for shipping to the United States.
Human Trafficking Posters
Forced labor is against our Code of Conduct. However, some of the indicators of forced labor or human trafficking are not always well understood. We created this resource for factories to highlight potential indicators to help raise awareness in factories.
