Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct outlines the fundamental standards of our company. We hold ourselves accountable to these standards in our own facilities and all our suppliers must meet these standards. The standards originate from the International Labor Organization Fundamental Conventions and the Fair Labor Association Workplace Code of Conduct.

Security Criteria
The Security Questionnaire includes the minimum-security criteria for compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) requirements for shipping to the United States.

Forced labor is against our Code of Conduct. However, some of the indicators of forced labor or human trafficking are not always well understood. We created this resource for factories to highlight potential indicators to help raise awareness in factories.
